He is survived by: his wife Hollie Greathouse Lambert; his daughter Rosetta S. Lambert of Chesapeake; his granddaughter Johliette A. Lambert; his nieces, Deborah Covey Shelton, Lori Covey Causey, Carrie Lambert Ameli (Dan), Jennifer Lambert O'Keefe and Alison Lambert Long (Gene); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Candy, Jessica, Adam, Catherine, Alexandra, Connor and Elizabeth.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the memorial service for James will be held at a later date.
