He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul Turley and Ethel Loftis Midkiff; and his siblings, Eugene Turley and Ravenelle Whittington. He is survived by: his wife Nettie Rose Hartwell Turley; his children, Lisa Casto (Tim) and Timothy Turley (Janey); his grandchildren, James Graley (Carmen) and Leah Turley Frazier (Evan); his great grandchild Abbey Rose Graley; and his sisters, Nita Debord, Norma Blankenship and Carol Linger.
