He is survived by: his son Jonathan Kendall; his daughter-in-law Heather Kendall; his brothers, Terry Kendall (Toni) and Gary Kendall; and his sister-in-law Jill Beach. He is also survived by his fourteen nieces and nephews along many great nieces and nephews.
