He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Morrison Jeffrey; his wife Joan Scaggs Jeffrey; and his close friend Jocilla Whims Frankenfield. He is survived by: his son William; his daughter-in-law Jamie Jeffrey of South Charleston; his daughter Teresa; his son-in-law Steve White of Snowshoe, WV; his sister Betty Markham; his grandchildren, Kristan Carvey Belfield, Doctor Haleigh Jeffrey, Hannah Jeffrey, Holyn Jeffrey and Hayden Jeffrey; and also, Ross Scaggs and Sharon Scaggs McLemore.
The family asks that everyone that attends to please wear a mask for the safety of the public.
