He is survived by: his fiancée Holly Smith; his children, James Norris and Shirley Ann Dunlap of Charleston, WV; his former wife Tricia Meeks; his children, Taylor Carlson and Savon Meeks of South Charleston, WV; his stepfather Melvin Bo Dunlap of Sod, WV; his siblings, Scotty Dunlap (Pam) of Charleston, WV, Ted Dunlap (Barbara) of Sod, WV, Kevin Dunlap (Stephanie) of Alum Creek, WV, Cassy Miller (Larry) of Sumerco, WV and Lisa Dunlap (Bill) of Charleston, WV; and his uncle Randall Butch Brogan of Sod, WV.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
