We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2024 we had to say goodbye to James A. Campbell (Charleston, West Virginia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Campbell and Aucella Nutter Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lawrence Hart Campbell of Kanawha City; his children, James Edward Campbell (Kimberly) of Miami, Richard Campbell (Caren) of Teays Valley, Valerie Weatherspoon (James) of Miami and Natalie Lykens (Jason) of Nitro; his sisters, Karyl Akers of Richwood and Katherine Arthur of Dunbar; his stepdaughter Deborah Carpenter of St. Albans; and his pet Periwinkle. He is also survived by two grandchildren, two great grandsons, two step-grandchildren, three step-great granddaughters, his special friend.

In lieu of flowers, Jim has requested that donations be made in his memory to the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 6532 MacCorkle Ave. SE, Charleston, WV 25304.
