We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2021, at the age of 90, Jacquette Maffett Taylor of Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Senator Frank Lile Taylor, Jr. of Charleston; and her sisters, Marie Faulconer, Vera Judy and Corinne Wallace. She is survived by: her children, Blair M. Taylor (Ginna) of Charleston and Paige T. Proctor of Lexington, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Tait Anderson Taylor, Mary Lile Proctor and James McKenzie Proctor.
