He was predeceased by: his brother Joshua Nathaniel Smith. He is survived by: his father Carlos W. Smith of Danville; his children, Kaitlyn Smith of South Carolina and Jacob Michael Smith of Braxton County; and his brothers, Matthew Smith (Susan) of Huntington and Noah Smith (Karen Elkins) of Madison. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to offset funeral expenses to Curry Funeral Home, PO Box 9, Alum Creek, WV 25003.
