He was predeceased by: his mother Dollie Williams; and his stepfather Bill "W. J.". He is survived by: his brother Jennings Williams; his great-niece Ashten Perdue; his close friend Rose Hancock; his sisters, Marie Cole (David) of Charleston and Virginia Williams of Ashford; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Francis, Monica Mawyer, Stephanie Rasp, Gina Syner, Nikki Williams, Don Kinder and Kevan Williams. He is also survived by Several great nieces and nephews and Rose's children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, there will be no visitation.
