He is survived by: his wife Laura Parsons; his children, Melody Potter (Rob) of South Charleston, Kevin Parsons (Nancy) of Monroe, Georgia, Kelly Parsons of Saint Albans and Lori McCormick of Tornado; his brothers, Thomas Parsons of Sarasota Florida and Larry Parsons of Houston, Texas; his sister-in-law Rose Ann Burgraff; and his caregivers, Kanisha Booker, Dawn Casto and Sara Burns. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten, soon to be eleven, great grandchildren.
