It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Horace E. McKinney (Charleston, West Virginia), born in Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace McKinney and Maggie Poole McKinney; and his brother Carl McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Dee; his brother Dean McKinney; and his sons, Karl Fitzwater (Linda) of Hurricane, Andy Fitzwater (Drema), Gene McKinney (Susan) of Gaffney, SC, Michael McKinney (Address Unknown), Mike Hornsby (Alicia) of Campbells Creek and Timothy Hornsby of Rand. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
