He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan Edward Doak and Charles "Justin" Smith of South Charleston, WV; his sister-in-law Simone "Mona" Doak of Crownsville, MD; his niece Patricia Potter of Richmond, VA; and his aunt Sarah Ann Elko of Lost Creek, WV.. He is also survived by loving in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of long-time friends.
