It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert L Ramsey (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on February 16, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Zenith Ramsey; his parents, Wilbert O. Ramsey and Chessie M. Salisbury Ramsey; his sister Jacqueline Wilkinson; and his grandson Adam Blount.

He is survived by: his children, Leslie Shannon (Charles) of Charleston, Tara "Bootsie" Blount (Keith "Wally") of Charleston, Andrew Ramsey (Ann) of Raleigh, NC and Stephen Ramsey (Trish Kramer) of Cincinnati, OH; his siblings, Eva Lee Skiles (Russell) of Gandeeville, Patty Bobbitt (Raymond) of Winfield and Curtis Ramsey (Dora) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Michael (Jaime), Stephen Shannon (Jessica), Aaron Blount (Jordan), Andrew Blount (Holly), Nathanial (Libby), Kariana and Kendra Ramsey; and his great grandchildren, Ricci and Nickolas Shannon.
