She is survived by: her husband Leslie R. Pullen of Charleston; her daughter Pamela J. Phillips of Charleston; her stepchildren, Randy Pullen (Sheila) of Poca, Deborah Pullen, Brenda Patterson (Gary) of Ghent and Nancy K. Ross of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Phillips (Nancy) of Charleston and Justin "J. R." Phillips of Charleston; and her siblings, Dale Casto (Mavis) of Hewett, Roger Casto (Sandra) of Lake, Florence Nichols (Billy) of Hewett, Genevieve Akers (Curtis) of Hewett and Marty Vance of Lake.
