Helen Sylvia Monk Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2019, at the age of 83, Helen Sylvia Monk (Charleston, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Monk; her parents, Ira Elkins and Sylvia Elkins; and her siblings, Opal Dale Evans, Ethel Mae Shouldis, Harry Elkins and Mack Elkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Delma Nelson (Steve) of Belle and Elaine Chandler (Danny) of Letart; her grandchildren, Ammie Jordan, Chris Chandler and Joe Nelson; and her brother James Tabby Elkins. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
