She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franklin Legg and Josephine Lillian Legg Saddler; her son David Franklin Legg; her husband Robert G. King Sr.; and her granddaughter Sarah Dawn Nutter.

She is survived by: her children, Donna King Nutter, Barbara King Harvey, Billy E. King and Robert G. King Jr.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
