It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Kathryn (Vinson) Patrick Hicks of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on October 6, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wallace and Leatha Johnson Vinson; her husbands, Walter B. Patrick and John Hicks; her sons, Wally and Austin Patrick; her siblings, Jean Sizemore, Ruth Brown and Frank Vinson; and her grandson Keith Patrick.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Patrick (Allison), Jerry Patrick, Edwina Strickland (Ronnie) and Jackie Steele (Jimmy); and her daughter-in-law Carolyn Patrick (Austin). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
