He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Hix Mullins; and his daughter Diane Leslie Mullins. He is survived by: his brother Kenneth Mullins of Charleston; his children, Mark Mullins of Fort Worth and Cynthia Green (Don) of Fort Worth; his stepchildren, Rob Mitcham, Marc Mitcham, Lyndell Hix and Colleen Martin; and his daughters, Jennifer Holton Thompson (Tim) and Abbigale Holton.
