He was predeceased by: his former wife Marie Mallory. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Mallory; his children, Patty Rutter (Marc) and Roger Mallory (Carrie); and his stepdaughter Teresa Mace (Dan). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
