It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold William Withrow (Charleston, West Virginia), born in Dunbar, West Virginia, who passed away on February 5, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Jean Jenkins Withrow; his parents, William Lightburn "Jeff" Withrow and Eva Withrow; and his siblings, Roy Withrow, Clarence Withrow and Laura "Sis" Withrow (Retsel).
He is survived by: his children, Vickie J. Petry of Charleston, Jeff Petry (Erin), Rylan, Kendyll, KoriAnn and Kenneth Petry (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Madison of Kenna, Levi of Kenna, Bekah Petry of Kenna, Jonah of Kenna and Jackson Legg of Kenna.
In lieu of flowers, the family request charitable donations to be made in his name to the Charleston Mountain Mission Church, 1600 Seventh Avenue, Charleston, WV 25387.
