He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jess, Frances Ball, Leslie Hawkins and Pat Phillips; his uncle Jackie Ball; and his cousin Darrell Holstein.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ball; his sons, Cameron of Charleston and Jared Ball of Charleston; his parents, Charlotte Kuehl of Huron and Harold Jess Ball (Helen) of Hurricane; his brothers, John Ball (Yvette) of St. Albans, Michael Ball of Nitro and Jay Keller of Charleston; his half-brother Jonathan Kuehl of Huron; and his uncle Frank Ball (Laura) of Cross Lanes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and for the safety and concern for everyone it is requested that those who attend please ensure that proper facial coverings are worn and that Federal, State and CDC guide lines for social distancing are observed.
