He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Junkins (John) of Wheeling and Brenda Graham (Steve) of Elkview; and his brothers, Herbert Skiles (Glenna) of Charleston and Russell Skiles (Eva Lee) of Spencer. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
