He is survived by: his parents, John Elliot and Fonda Elliot of Charleston; his daughter Elizabeth (Lizzie); his wife Jennifer Elliot; his brother Andrew Elliot (Shannon); his nephews, Drew Elliot and Quinton Elliot of Charleston; and his uncle John Bolovan of Cleveland Heights.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
