He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Baldwin and Ethel Baldwin; and his siblings, Noble, Delbert Baldwin, Roselene Baldwin and Betty Coleman.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Caldwell Baldwin; his daughter Angela Raines (Tim); his granddaughters, Destani Casto (Mark), Arianna DeBarr (Timmy) and Kerragan Young (Andrew); and his siblings, James Baldwin (Carol), Dorothy Holmes, Carolyn Fink and Drema Dunbar (Fred). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, there will be no visitation or services.
