He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Meadows and Susie Holstine Meadows; and his sister Kay Graley. He is survived by: his brothers, Rick Meadows (Lori) and Bill G. Meadows. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice.
