He was predeceased by: his mother Tontalayia Sally Ford. He is survived by: his children, Glenn Jr., Israel Ford and Nalayia Ford; his father John Ford (Joanne); his siblings, Johnetta Hammons (Jamie) and John (Zena); his granddaughter Lauren; and his former wife Shannon Ford. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
