He was predeceased by: his daughter Lee Anna Weaver; his brother Roger Jacobs; his parents, Gilbert Sr. Jacobs and Phyllis Jacobs; and his granddaughter-in-law Alyssa Hartwell.
He is survived by: his pet Shilo; his wife Goldie; his brother Gary Jacobs (Linda); his children, Angie Jacobs-Ferris (Rick) and Gill Jacobs (Charlotte); his son-in-law Roland Weaver; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Weaver (Jeanette), Anna Lee Tyson (Billy), Amber Murrell (CJ), Nathan Jacobs, Jeremy Ciampanella (Lauren), Johnny Lester (Kiana), Shannon Ferris, Eli Jacobs (Katelyn) and Ezekiel Jacobs. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and nephews and nieces.
A small service will be held for immediate family only, with an open memorial to follow, at a later date due to COVID-19.
