She was predeceased by: her husband George Jackson of Charleston, WV; her parents, Joe Burdette and Fay Goodwin Burdette; and her siblings, Francis, Okey, Harry, Allen, Howard, Bob and Mary Huey.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Robert Dean Hobbs of Charleston, WV, Joe Hobbs of Ponca City and John Hobbs (Kella) of Beckley, WV.; her grandchildren, Sarah Gray of Oklahoma City, OK, Brian (Ally), Mark Hobbs of Ponca City, OK, Stacy Byus (Kris) of Denver, NC and Thomas Hobbs (Rebecca) of Sherrills Ford, NC.; and her great grandchildren, Adalynn, Aven, Adriel, Marvel, Carter, Brecken Hobbs, Lucia, Fitzgerald Gray of Oklahoma, Kenadee, Grayson and Barron Byus of North Carolina. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Snodgrass Funeral Home (4122 MacCorkle Ave SW, Charleston, WV 25309). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
