He was predeceased by: his mother Reba Shamblin. He is survived by: his father George Shamblin (Tawnya) of Ormond Beach, FL; his children, Curtis and Mary Shamblin of Scott Depot; his brothers, Robert Shamblin (Crystal) of Erwin, TN. and Dylan Shamblin of Ormond Beach, FL; and his close friend Faith Logan of Charleston.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Nitro Church of the Nazarene, 1400 Sattes Circle, Nitro, WV 25143.
