He was predeceased by: his parents, George Arthur Grubb and Esther McClure Grubb; his wife Ruth Ray Grubb; his grandchildren, Jessica Elizabeth Grubb and Peter Arthur Samuels; and his siblings, John Grubb (Shirley), Jane Warner (Kent) and Harriet Blair (Paul).
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen (Jeanne), George Ann Grubb and David Grubb (Katherine); his grandchildren, Matthew Grubb, Sarah Grubb, Carrie Samuels, Katherine Grubb Ewing (Matt), Emma Grubb, Hannah Grubb and Ellie Grubb; and his great grandchildren, Derrick Johnson, David Johnson, Emma Samuels and Caleb Lincoln Ewing.
