He is survived by: his wife Sharon Thomas Goff; his children, Angela Eastham (Horse) of Hamlin, Garry "Ped" Goff (Dawn) of Hurricane and Stacey Goff of Sod; his sisters, Bonnie Runyon (Kenneth) of Alum Creek and Virginia "Ginny" Hunt (David) of South Charleston; his grandchildren, Brook Miller (Caleb), Haley Corkhill (Michael), Brayden Hudson, Trista Goff, Gauge Goff, Zaccary Roberts and Dannah Pauley; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Case and Braylyn; and his niece Carol Wilbeck. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and family members.
