He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ann Meadows (Anderson); and his parents, Alpha Vance Meadows and John Meadows, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Diana Meadows of Bucyrus, OH, Gary Meadows, Jr. (Patti) of Tiffin, OH and Michael Meadows of Shelby, OH.; and his siblings, John Meadows, Jr. of Looneyville, WV, Okey Meadows (Ranae) of Hurricane, WV, Jeffrey Meadows of Charleston, Joyce Javins (David), Cynthia Meadows of Charleston, Lorrie Queen of Chelyan, WV and Sandra Prescott (Greg) of Smithfield, VA.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
