He is survived by: his wife Delegate Sharon Spencer of Charleston; his children, Todd Spencer of Raleigh, NC, Gary Spencer (Angie) of Charleston, Kevin Hager of Charleston, Mindi Spencer of Columbia, SC, Sarah Kimberly Warner (Todd) of Charleston, Jennifer Childress of Charleston, Elizabeth Walters (Chris) of Charleston and Matt Spencer (Ashley) of Belle; his grandchildren, Carey, Gary Wade, Jack, Bronson, Elaina and Sherwood Spencer; and his cousins, Garrett, Lauren, Madison, Logan, Lucas Warner, Aubrey and Wesley Walters.
