It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Dean George Sr. (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Lawrence George and Eula Madaline George; his wife Betty; and his siblings, Clarence, James, Marvin, Dallis George, Norma Ratliff, Charlotte Wade, Verna Taylor and Gladia "Blondie" White.
He is survived by: his children, Gary "Dean" George, Jr. of Campbells Creek, Brian George (Tammy) of Campbells Creek and Lynae Stone (Clint) of Campbells Creek; his sister Darla Bland (Mike) of Seville, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Corey, Tristan Stone (Callie), Nicole Perry (Ian), Sonny, Luke and Madaline "Maddie Jo" George; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Eliza Perry and Huett.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Stevens & Grass Funeral Home (4203 Salines Dr, Malden, WV 25306). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Charleston Northeast Little League, 69 Rhein Drive, Charleston, West Virginia 25306.
