He was predeceased by: his parents, Delores Lynch and Charles "Preacher" Ellison. He is survived by: his son Emerson Chaney of Spencer, WV; and his siblings, Jeff (Sherry Lynch), Dwayne (Judy Lynch), Charles Lynch and Teresa "Terri" Lovejoy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
