He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Fuller and Gertrude Fuller (McCarthy); and his sister Louise Smith (Charles). He is survived by: his wife Janet Fuller (Simmons); his brother Charles Fuller (Lynne) of Wilmore, KY; and his children, Debra Coleman (David) of Oceanside, CA, Vicki McBride of Boise, ID, Kara Fuller (Shawn) of South Charleston, WV and Christopher Fuller of South Charleston, WV. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
