He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Edward Sr. and Peggy Harris Evans; and his parents-in-law, Margie and Henry Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Regina; his children, Victoria Faw (Wylie) of South Charleston, Robert Evans (Leilani), Nicole Roskill (Andrew), Craig and Melissa Scherer (Craig); his grandchildren, Madison, Isabella, Jackie, Jacob, Jayden, Wylie and Tanner; his siblings, Richard Evans (Kathy) and Sue Ferrell (Jim); his sister-in-law Eulanda Bird of Barboursville; and his pets, Huey and Blackie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
