It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank D. Vaughan of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Vaughan, Jr. and Nancy Kelley Vaughan of Beckley, WV.. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Jane Vaughan Broadwell (Tommy) of Fuquay-Varina, NC and Clark Vaughan; his nephew Jason Knoernschild (Leslie); his great-nieces, Claire and Olivia Knoernschild of Franklinton, NC; his niece Carrie Knoernschild Warren (Justin) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; and his step-niece Katie Broadwell of Colorado Springs, CO.
