He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Earl Heath and Elizabeth Heath (Bateman); his wife Marianna Carter Heath (Respess); his siblings, Elizabeth Croom (Heath) and Joseph Earl Heath; and his nephew Joseph Rusty Croom.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Ange (Gary) of Pike Road, Cynthia Stallings (Billy) of Dover and Michele Fontana (Mark) of Mt. Nebo. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter and 2 nephews.
