He is survived by: his wife Lea Anne Bartrug Coffman; his children, Cindy Cushing (Kevin), John Coffman (Cress), Doug Coffman (Teresa), Joan Francis (Roger) and Ann Pettibone (Bill); his grandchildren, Linsey Shaffer (Bryan), Scott Cushing, Sara Peterson (Nate), Sam Coffman, Erin Francis, Sean Francis, Lauren Pettibone and Jake Pettibone; and his great grandchildren, Logan Shaffer, Ellie Shaffer, Emma Jane Peterson and Audrey Peterson.
