He is survived by: his wife Beverly Kuhn Blackshire; his children, Sheldon Blackshire, Donald Blackshire (Kimberly), James Robert Blackshire and Beverly Holstein (Jamie); his stepchildren, Errol Jarvis, Jr. and Tammy Kennedy; and his sister Cathy Monday (Ronald).
