He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hawkins and Floda Hawkins of Weston, WV. He is survived by: his wife Terry Hawkins; his children, Michael of Weston, Michelle of Weston and Jeremy of Weston; and his sister Bertha Kennedy of Ohio. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
