With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene E. Bays (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on November 12, 2018 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Jessie E. Bays; and his brother Sonnie Bays. He is survived by: his pet Angel; his children, Paul E. Bays (Heather) and Pamela Bays Epling; his granddaughter Alyson M. Fowler; and his sister Norma Isabell of Apopka.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to HospiceCare, 1606 Kanawha Blvd., W., Charleston, WV 25387-2536.
