He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wives, Phyllis and Louise Marion; his parents, Earl Marion, and Laura Marion, Sr.; his siblings, Earl Jr., Robert, James and Kathleen McDougal; his children, Kim Marion Starkey Coll, Carla Marion Osborne (Jeff) and Kevin Marion; his grandsons, Thomas Dean Starkey II, Jeremy, Derrick Osborne and Michael Marion; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Chapman, Cassara, Corinne, Selia, Serphina, Solomon and Cordilla James.
