She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin and Virginia Rose Singer Holland; and her brother Eric Petersen. She is survived by: her husband John Edward Adkins of Charleston; her daughters, Shari Ann Chafin and Victoria Catherine Adkins; and her grandchild Lennox Nicolette Kay Chafin of South Charleston.
