She was predeceased by: her parent Antonio Hernandez. She is survived by: her parent Salud Hernandez; her husband Jun Cendana, MD; her sons, Brett Cendana, Jay Cendana, Ray Cendana, MD and Michael Cendana; and her brothers, Amando Hernandez and Freddie Hernandez. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to St. Agnes Catholic Church in Charleston, WV.
