He was predeceased by: his father Edward Evanosky; and his grandparents, James, Lena Hamilton, Joseph and Elizabeth Evanosky.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Queen Evanosky; his close friends, Charlie and Buck; his stepchildren, Crystal Rush of Clarksburg and Daniel Rush of Weston; his mother Karma Evanosky; his sisters, Sandy George (Ted) and Connie Shriver (Rick); his nephews, Ryan George (Kelsey) and Corey George; and his granddaughters, McKayla Fisher, Mya Cain and Jianna Rush.
