He is survived by: his wife Judy Lanham Tackett; his children, Jason Edward of Tremonton, Sariah (Thomas), Matthew Colin of Frogs Creek and Nathan Anthony of LaHonda, California.; his grandchildren, Colton (Bradee), Emma, Porter, Colin Tackett of Utah, Christopher and Grace Thomas of Charleston; and his siblings, Delores Fisher (Phillip Fisher), Lee Tackett, Gene Tackett, Diana and Jerry Tackett (Teloa).
