She is survived by: her children, Raymond Vance, Jr. (Linda), Jerry Vance (Linda) and Daniel Vance (Anet); her siblings, James Light and Faye Cottrell; and her significant other Toby. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
