She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Holmes and Estella Holmes; her siblings, Lawrence, James, Clifford, Elwood, Buddy Holmes and Mary Thaxton; and her spouse Jerry Lacy.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Jr. (Karen); her grandchildren, Jerry III and Kalissa; and her siblings, Kenneth Holmes (Betty), Ronald Holmes and Liz Bostick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
